I presenti Termini regolano l'utilizzo del sito web de La Sacrestia Ristorante Pizzeria. Navigando il sito e utilizzando il modulo di prenotazione, l'utente accetta le condizioni di seguito riportate.
1. Natura del sito
Il sito ha finalità informativa e di presentazione del ristorante (menu, ambiente, contatti) e consente di inviare richieste di prenotazione. Non è una piattaforma di e-commerce: non vengono effettuati pagamenti online.
2. Prenotazioni
Le richieste inviate tramite il modulo costituiscono una proposta di prenotazione e non una prenotazione confermata: la prenotazione è valida solo dopo conferma da parte del ristorante (via email o telefono). Le prenotazioni online sono disponibili da settembre a maggio; nei mesi estivi (giugno-agosto) è possibile prenotare telefonando al +39 0875 702789.
3. Menu, piatti e prezzi
I piatti e i prezzi pubblicati sono indicativi e possono variare senza preavviso. Alcuni piatti di pesce sono indicati con "S.q." (secondo quantità) e seguono il prezzo del giorno in base al pescato. Per allergeni e intolleranze si invita a informare il personale di sala prima dell'ordinazione.
4. Proprietà intellettuale
Il marchio, il logo, i testi, le immagini e gli altri contenuti del sito sono di proprietà del ristorante o dei rispettivi aventi diritto. Ne è vietata la riproduzione, anche parziale, senza autorizzazione.
5. Contenuti e link di terze parti
Il sito incorpora servizi di terze parti (Google Maps) e rimanda a profili social esterni (Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor). Tali contenuti sono soggetti ai termini e alle informative dei rispettivi gestori, sui quali il ristorante non ha controllo.

These Terms govern the use of the website of La Sacrestia Ristorante Pizzeria. By browsing the site and using the booking form, the user accepts the conditions set out below.
1. Nature of the website
The website is informational and presents the restaurant (menu, atmosphere, contacts) and allows booking requests to be sent. It is not an e-commerce platform: no online payments are processed.
2. Bookings
Requests sent through the form constitute a booking proposal and not a confirmed reservation: a booking is valid only after confirmation by the restaurant (by email or phone). Online bookings are available from September to May; during the summer months (June-August) you can book by calling +39 0875 702789.
3. Menu, dishes and prices
Published dishes and prices are indicative and may change without notice. Some fish dishes are marked "S.q." (market price) and follow the price of the day based on the catch. For allergens and intolerances, please inform the dining staff before ordering.
4. Intellectual property
The brand, logo, texts, images and other website content are the property of the restaurant or their respective right holders. Reproduction, even partial, without authorisation is prohibited.
